Monday & Thursday, 7-8:30pm for support and hot meals

Weekly Street Outreach

We come to you, bringing supplies and support to the street

We're here to help you access the support you deserve, wherever you are.

Meals & Essentials:

Hot food twice a week, hygiene kits, snacks, water, and essential gear.

Healthcare & Mental Health:

On-the-ground support from Niagara Regional Public Health Outreach Nurses, safe usage info and resources, and a 24/7 phone line for support.

Navigation Support:
Dedicated guidance to help you access housing and healthcare options.

Jarod’s Journey Clothing:
We partner with Jarod's Journey on Mondays at Market Square, where they offer clothing during our outreach time.

Crisis Supports

Besides contacting our team, individuals can contact:

Call 211 for direct access to shelters.

Call 911 for mental health crisis/overdose.
